    How can you make horse gram powder?

    Take Horse gram 150 gms., Hing/asafetida 3 pinches, Red Chillies 4 pieces,  Cumin Seeds 1/2 tablespoonful, Tur daal/Pigeon pea 1/2 cup, Urad daal/Black Gram 1/2 cup, and Salt as per the taste.

    Now roast horse gram, black gram, and pigeon pea till dry.

    Fry all spices until the point that it is dry. Leave them all materials till cool down. Remember, no moisture should exist in the spices or pulses.

    Now mix all the ingredients together and grind them as coarsened.

    Put this powder in a glass or steel vessel and close its mouth in such a way that the air can not go inside. Now this powder is ready for utilize.

    Take this powder 2 tablespoonfuls 2-3 times daily with lukewarm water in empty stomach to control obesity.

    • Sprouted Horse Gram


    Take horse gram seeds as per your wish and allow them to soak in normal water for overnight. In the morning, throw the whole water after filtering it with the help of the gauzy cloth. Put it in a clean cotton cloth and place in a warm place after binding it. Sprouting will begin after 1- 2 days. After germination, you are ready to consume it. This is a decent option for controlling weight.

    • Soup of Horse gram for slimming purpose


    To make soup, horse gram 150 gms, curry leaves 5-6, green chili 1 piece, dry chili 1 piece, tamarind juice 1 tablespoonful, and mustard oil 5 ml is needed.

    Drench the horse gram in normal water for the whole night in the wake of washing it well.
    In the morning, cook it in a pressure cooker for 20-25 minutes and make a paste when it cools down.

    Now heat mustard oil in a pan and fry all the spices in it including tamarind juice for a few minutes.

    After that boil all ingredients including horse gram too for 10 minutes in required water.

    When the order of boil achieves the frothy phase, remove it from the flame.
    Now your soup is ready to consume. To win over obesity, this soup can be taken with dinner or lunch.
