Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a

Measures
Meditation, Pranayamas
such as Kapalbhati,
Bhastrika, Asanas like
Dhanurasan, Shalabhasana,
Chakrasana,Trikonasana, Pashchimotanasana,
Pawanmuktasana,
Makarasana, Vajrasana,
Simhasana, Padamasana, Padahastasana,
Ardha-matsyendrasana, Halasana, Matsyasana, and
Surya Namaskara should be honed on
daily basis,
considering the fact that this can help in stress
management and boosts essential capacities of
lungs and immunity strength. Apart from this,
deep
breathing exercises should be carried out as well.
Intake only a little
meal at a time for better digestion.
Soaking feet in hot
water (hot foot bath) should be done
for 15 minutes daily for better results.
Steam inhalations - Take
one of below said
essential oils -
Eucalyptus oil.
Mint oil.
and add it in boiled
water then inhales.

After having a persistent cough for over a year, I was diagnosed with COPD in March 2015. In 2016 my COPD got worse to the point where not only do I have trouble sleeping at night, I also struggle to get air into my lungs. I read in a health forum of a herbal centre (Traditional Herbal Healing Centre) who have successful treatment to COPD/Emphysema, i immediately contacted the herbal centre via their email and purchased the COPD herbal remedy, I used the remedy for 2 weeks, all my symptoms were reversed, i did another test for confirmation, i was declared COPD free. email (drgiftelijah@gmail.com).
