    11 ways to prevent kidney stones

    such diet that plays an important role into development and reformation of kidney stone. Kidney stones can develop when substances in
    the urine—such as calcium, oxalate, and phosphorus etc. become concentrated highly.
    There are mainly four types of kidney 
    stones including -

    -Calcium  oxalate stones

    These type of stones are incredibly common  and 
    found in two major form - calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate

    -Uric acid stones

    When urine is acidic, commonly  found in gout patient who consume excess animal protein 
    such as egg, pork, chicken etc.

    -Struvite stones-

    -Cystine stones-

    Preventing kidney stones isn’t complicated, but it 
    can take some dedication of changing life-style.
    You may reduce  risk of kidney stones if you -

    -Drink a lot of fluid

    Drinking enough liquid is way better to dilutes 
    the chemical substances in urine that lead to stones. For this purpose, water is most beneficial for regular use. Health service providers always recommend to drink plenty of water always, at 
    least 2-3 liters per day. If you stay in a hot, dry climate, exercise and do laborious physical job often, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. Or effected with cystine stones, you may need to drink even more than 
    that even.
    If your urine is light and clear, it means you're drinking enough water.

    -Limit animal protein 

    Beef, chicken, and pork, especially organ meat, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, cheese, and other dairy products.

    -Reduce refined sugar 

    Avoid Sugar, Including Fructose and Soda. A diet saturated in sugar can show you  for kidney stones, since sugar upsets the mineral association within you by interfering with calcium and magnesium absorption.

    -Avoid fatty and spicy foods

    Keep away from oily foods like meat, fish and deep - fried foods.

    -Reduce body weight 

    Studies shows that obesity increases the threat of kidney stones, especially in uric acid stones and really should be avoided and intend to lose weight  as well.

    -Reduce oxolate

    Lemonade can play an important role in preventing kidney stones over a long period of time. “Lemonade is apparently a powerful weapon in fighting kidney stones in those that suffer from it regularly. It may also be a good idea for those that don’t get kidney stones to drink lemonade as a precautionary measure.This is an all natural treatment that ayurvedic experts have received  right. While lemon water is often touted as a cleansing or alkalyzing drink, the key reason it is effective in reducing stone development is its citric acid content. While preparing your own lemon juice, blend one glass of concentrated lemon juice with a quart of normal water.
