    What is Rheumatoid Arthritis?


    Rheumatoid Arthritis or Amavata is an inflammatory autoimmune disorder of joints wherein body's own disease fighting immune system attacks on healthy joint tissues. It's far a widely known form of arthritis and women tend to be more prone than men with this kind of joint problems.

    Keep away from cold wind flow and do not control or suppress natural urges.

    Avoid improper life style like sleeping late night, eating late night, sedentary practices, inactivities etc.

    Panchakarma therapy should be studied with an ayurvedic expert.

    Lukewarm Water - Always drink boiled or luke warm water because this can help in puts off systemic toxins, enhances digestive functions and overall flexibility in Rheumatoid arthritis.

    Recommended food ingredients for those experiencing Rheumatoid arthritis -

    Barley, millets (fox millet), legumes / pulses (horse gram, green gram, chickpeas etc.)
    Fruits (avocados, red raspberries, watermelon, strawberries, tart cherries etc.) and green leafy vegetables (bitter gourd, kale, pointed gourd, brinjal, drum stick, arugula, goose foot etc.) are filled with a number of vitamin C, vitamin E,  riboflavin, polyphenols, bioflavonoids, that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and really should be taken in increased amount for better outcomes in the condition of Rheumatoid arthritis.
