    Always consume home made fresh, easily digestible, nutritive, light and warm foods like vegetable soups, well cooked red rice / khichari, moong dal, chapati, etc.

    Constantly make an effective separation from disease prevalent zones.

    Make a proper distance from greasy foods, stale foods, junk foods, deep fried foods, spicy foods which can burden the gastric fire, and use most vegetarian foods.

    Complete bed rest and proper night sleeping is necessary.

    Living in a clean and hygienic atmosphere is necessary and for this reason, proper sanitation should be followed and maintain personal and environmental cleanliness for better consequences.

    Intake sufficient fluids orally - Try to enjoy with juices of pomegranate, apples, orange, pears, watermelon, pineapple etc., coconut water, lemonade, goat or cow milk, and lots of warm water or boiled and cooled water to remain hydrated in the condition of dehydration due to persistent vomiting and high fever.

    Use cold water pad on the forehead in the condition of hyperpyrexia (high grade temperature beyond to 103 - 104°F).

    Try not to go to congested location and over crowded places and make a tactical distance from evening wandering.

    Close the entryways and windows during evening time to avoid enterance of mosquitoes inside.

    Always utilize mosquito net to avoid mosquito biting.

    Cover all stored water and wipe out stagnant water from places where mosquitoes can breed like gutters, canals, trenches, ditches etc.
