    Nocturnal emission is recognized as different names like Night emission, Night fall, Night discharge, Wet dream, Nocturnal pollution, Dream fault, Dream ejaculation and Swapandosha in hindi term as well. It really is seen as a spontaneous ejaculation of semen experienced by a male during sleeping time at night, generally happened with by erotic, sexual, or seductive dreams.

    Include more fresh vegetables and fruits like carrot / carrot juice, pomegranate, banana, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, almonds, black raisins, sunflower seeds, leafy green vegetables like onion, garlic, bottle guard, tomato must be taken and dry out fruits such as dates, nuts, almonds, oats, essential minerals, vitamins etc. in your diet.

    Avoid intaking of  alcoholic beverages / liquor, narcotic drugs, coffee, tea and stop tobacco chewing, smoking etc.

    Stop  masturbation and avoid overindulgence in sexual activities.

    Packed / processed food items such as frozen meats, spices, wine, eggs, packed cakes, noodles, white bread, beef, cocoa, Urad dal, soft drinks, white flour, brown sugar, sweets, burgers, spinach, chips, samosas, junk food, curd, chocolate, betel, chicken, fish and fatty diets should be better avoided.

    Try to fall asleep early and get up early in the morning.

    Excessive cycling and horse riding should be avoided.

    Take shower daily with lukewarm water adding essential oils to the bath such as olive oil, lavender oil, sandalwood oil, rose oil, or chamomile oil.

    Cold hip bath is also very beneficial  and can be taken for 10 - 15  minutes daily.

    Wash the hands, feet and face with cold water before going to bed and
    also clean the genital area with cold water regularly.

    Drink a great deals of normal water during day time and avoid taking much liquid after night meal.

    The food should be light that can be easily digestible and don't overeat, specially in the night time. Intake your meal at least 2 hours before bed time.

    Stop enjoying erotic movies/ videos,  reading sexy books, sex chatting etc.

    Pursuing religious and spiritual books, handling puzzle etc. is an excellent hobby to keep carefully the mind occupied and away from such erotic practices.

    Take care of constipation because it is a major cause for night fall, so pay attention on daily bowel clearance and for this purpose, take 1 teaspoon of Isabgula husk and 1 tablespoon Triphala churna before bed time for regular bowel motions.
