The prostate, a walnut-size gland, is an integral part of the male

reproductive system and situated between your urinary bladder and

    urethra.

It's capability is to discharges semen at some stage in sexual

intercourse, which has a substance that lessen the vaginal acidity and

enables the spermatozoa to better reach for fertilization.
A lot of men over 45 - 50 years have problems with prostate

enlargement, which can limit the flow of urine from the urinary bladder

and lead to such problems as frequent, and consistent urination, urine

     leakage, and urinary tract infections.

Enlarged prostate, is otherwise different from prostate cancer, and also

known as benign prostatic hyperplasia/benign prostatic hypertrophy

(BPH), and can be an irregular enlargement, and swelling of the prostate,

and could eventually press the urethra that interfere with urination.

It is just a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland.

from your job (computer job, official job, public sector carrier jobs etc.)

can create an imbalance in the reproductive area, and cause BPH.

If left unattended, and neglected for proper treatment, an enlarged

prostate can impede the flow of urine from the urinary bladder,

resulting in other complications like urinary retention, urinary tract

infections (UTIs), and kidney damage/kidney failure etc.

    SYMPTOMS OF BPH

Common symptoms may include the next  -

Weak urine stream - Slowed or delayed start of urinary stream.

Difficulty to control the urination urge.

On, and off urination, and sleeplessness.

    LONG TERM RISK OF BPH?

If left unattended, BPH can progress, and cause succeeding medical issues.

If the bladder will not empty completely, you feel vulnerable for developing

urinary tract infections. Other serious problems can also develop as time

passes, including bladder stones, blood in the urine (hematuria),

incontinence, urinary retention, and so forth.

In rare cases, UTIs and/or kidney diseases/kidney failure can form

    from BPH.
