    What  is  UTI ?

    UTI or Urinary Tract Infection is an  infectious condition credited to gram-negative micro-organisms (Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Enterococci, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterobacter aerogenes etc.), and gram-positive bacteria as well in any part of the urinary system such as kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder, urethra etc.
    and happens while the micro-organisms get into and multiply in the urinary system. It's the second most frequent worldwide health condition of urinary system affecting a large number of individuals globally and women tend to be more susceptible with urinary system infections as opposed to men.     Causes of urinary tract infections

    Drinking inadequate amount of water.

    Sturdy, pungent, foul smell in the urine.

    Pain and discomfort in stomach at the pelvic area - more typical in women.

    Blood in the pee - Red, cola, cloudy, smoky or white appearance of urine due to presence of pus or blood in the urine.

    Fever, chills, nausea, and vomiting.

    Some times need to urinate at night time.

    Diet regimen & Lifestyle

    Intake sufficient quantities of fluids like lemon juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, blue berry juice, sugarcane juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, normal water (10-12 glasses of water daily is most) because of the fact this will assist with flushing out toxins and microbes from urinary system.

    Stay away from alcoholic beverages and stop smoking.

    Make a strategic distence from coffee and tea.

    Keep away from intake of hot, oily, spicy, hot, sour foods, chilies, salty, heavy food, bitter foods, lady finger, pea, curd, white grams, asafoetida, banana, meat, fish, egg etc.

    Recommended diet - Old rice, white gourd, pointed gourd, toddy palm, cucumber, citrus fruits, apple, mango, grapes, peaches and plums, roasted green grams, cow milk and so on.

    Try not to hold or suppress regular desire of urination.

    Always use dried up clothes after shower and wear free fit cotton underwear.

    Avoid sexual intercourse and unprotected sexual practice.
