Hi I have been taking brahmi himalaya brand 1 tablet a day at night and recently increased to 2 daily only at night because I also suffer from bulimia. Last week I had a grand mal seizure so since then I have been taking 3 tablets seems to be doing well the seizure was probably cos I had the flue. I am also taking vitamin D3 1tab daily.
