    Abdominal gas formation is a common and universal problem in recent day, induced to food intolerance or / and people who consume a lot of aerated beverages tend to pass gas that can be very humiliating and shameful act at public place.
    Around 25 - 30 % of people experience this intestinal problem known as gas formation in common expression and flatulence in medico term. Generally, people are keen on tasty and spicy foods corresponding to their flavor and taste, but they have no idea of its bad results.

Other notable causes of gas are air - gulping during in taking the meal.
    When too much gas gets developed in your stomach, you might experience bloating. Passing gas is a natural process, when it accumulates in the body but it could be disturbing if you fart in public area and painful if unnecessary gas accumulates in the stomach.

    What's Gas - problem?

    It is just a condition where unnecessary excessive gas gets accumulated in stomach , If not released can result in a lot of discomfort. According to medical science, when nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane gas mix or blend together, it forms intestinal gas. When the intestinal gas is developed too much, it causes problems, like bloating, belching, or flatulence.

    Overeating and gulping too much food or drink makes us ingest a lot of air along with the food that could lead to gas.

    Eating spicy and gas developing food.

    Following simple diet and lifestyle modifications can help to reduce abdominal gas and relieve symptoms.

    Drink lots of fluids especially normal water and coconut water.

    Eat light and digestible foods. Avoid spicy / oily food and foods that results in gas and acidity.

    Avoid anxiety, depression, despair and stress.

    Avoid dairy, poultry, and sea foods such as milk, eggs, fish etc.

    Aerated drinks and oily foods must be better avoided.

    Eat and drink more slowly. Chew up your food little by little, slowly and properly. Be careful while eating and make sure that you don't swallow air while eating.

    Don't sleep immediately after night dinner and never sleep immediately after eating your meal.

    Walk for 10 - 20 minutes after eating, because this can help digest food better.

    Smaller sized meals with shorter intervals is preferred.

    Avoid too much tea or coffee intake and stop smoking.

    Wear loose clothes, especially around the waist and belly area.

    Do light exercises regularly.

    Do not suppress the natural urge of farting and release it as soon as possible at going to private area.
